Delete Your Data
âšī¸ Note: This page allows you to delete your inventory data while keeping your account active. If you want to delete your entire account, visit the
Delete Account page instead.
What Data Can Be Deleted?
You can choose to delete:
- All Products and Product Categories
- All Transactions (Sales, Stock Movements)
- All Employees and Payroll Records
- All Suppliers and Purchase History
- All Notes and Memos
- All of the Above (Complete Data Wipe)
Important Notes
- Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Deleted data will be removed from all devices and cloud storage within 24 hours
- Your account will remain active and accessible
- You can continue using NavStock after data deletion
Before You Delete
We strongly recommend you:
- Export your data first (use the Export feature in the app)
- Download reports and backups
- Archive important information elsewhere

Alternative: Manual Deletion
You can also manually delete data within the NavStock app:
- Open the NavStock app
- Go to Settings â Data Management
- Select the data type you want to delete
- Confirm deletion
Cloud data will sync within 10 seconds of deletion.
