1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NavStock (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Navneet Tech Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NavStock for your personal or business inventory management purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its contents
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for commercial purposes without authorization
• Access the app through unauthorized means
• Sell, rent, or lease access to the app

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining your account confidentiality
• All activities under your account
• Ensuring your login credentials are secure
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

NavStock offers free and paid subscription plans:

• Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Store
• Payment is processed by Google Play and Razorpay
• Automatic renewal occurs unless cancelled before the billing date
• Cancellation can be done through Google Play Store settings
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services

5. User Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of your inventory data. By using NavStock, you grant us the right to:

• Store, process, and display your data
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for improving the Service
• Backup your data for recovery purposes

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use NavStock to:

• Engage in illegal activities or violate any laws
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to the system
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Engage in fraudulent activities

7. Service Availability

NavStock is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or networks

We may perform maintenance or updates without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navneet Tech Labs shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption or loss of use
• Damages beyond the amount paid for the subscription in the last 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navneet Tech Labs from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of NavStock or violation of these terms.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

NavStock, including all logos, text, graphics, and code, is owned by Navneet Tech Labs. All rights are reserved except where expressly granted.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access to NavStock immediately if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
